Also, serves as project advisor and expediter to several Redevelopment Authority\/TIRZ Board of Directors who face unique challenges of funding or design\/construction.<\/p>\n<p>Notable projects have been:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.bbvacompassstadium.com\/\">BBVA Compass Stadium<\/a>, home of the Houston Dynamo and Houston Dash;<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.houstonsportspark.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Houston Sports Park<\/a>;<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.bxtx.com\/construction-preview\/22439-hardy-yards-springs-back-to-life.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Hardy Yards Development<\/a>;<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/buffalobayou.org\/visit\/destination\/buffalo-bayou-park\/\">Buffalo Bayou Park Project<\/a>;<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/houstonrecoverycenter.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Sobering Center (Houston Center for Sobriety)<\/a>;<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/cypress-advisors.com\/project\/hardy-yards\/\">Hardy Yards,<\/a>\u00a06.5-acre mixed used development adjacent to the Houston Central Business District<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.grbhouston.com\/avenida-houston-now-open\/\">George R.
