The 2MGD Loma Alta Water Treatment Facility was built in Brownsville Texas. Served as the on-site Construction Superintendent with direct responsibility for a work force of up to 25 workman, foremen and subcontractors. Also responsible for coordination and payment of electrical, plumbing and masonry subcontractors. Lead the crews that provided all civil, piping and equipment installations. The facility was built for the Port of Brownsville to provide city water to the businesses in the port and nearby community.
Served as the General Superintendant for the general contractor for this $2.2M (1978 dollars) project.
