Streetscape enhancement projects and park projects Tom managed included public art components. The Cotswold project included extensive art components on Texas Ave, Priaire St. and Preston St.. Inclusion of art was in the sidewalk space had the goal of being accomplished in a way that would withstand the rigors of many years of exposure to the elements and the public. In many cases the art was incorporated into the fountains and contributed to the water’s glimmering and trickling into the pools.
